Our standard
Evidence before a Working label
RivalsCodes separates discovery, source review, and controlled game tests. A report can start an investigation, but it is not published as a result by itself.
We never label an untested report Working. Published status should tell players what has actually been checked, rather than turn a rumor into a promise.
